Junior Sales Representative – B2B Industrial Technology

About the role

The Junior Sales Representative will support LASEA’s growth by generating new business and expanding existing accounts in strategic sectors such as luxury, micromechanics, MedTech, electronics, aerospace and defence. Working under the Sales & Marketing Director, the role combines prospecting, solution design and deal closing in a high‑precision industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop a portfolio of prospects and clients in target markets.
• Conduct active prospecting through email, video‑conferences, on‑site visits and trade‑show participation.
• Listen to customer needs, translate them into technical and commercial requirements and propose tailored solutions.
• Qualify opportunities by analysing purchasing processes and competition.
• Prepare sales proposals in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
• Follow up negotiations to closure and ensure smooth hand‑over to delivery teams.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to guarantee accurate sales data and coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales engineering or a technical discipline.
• 2‑4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial, technology or high‑precision environments.
• Customer‑focused and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication and active‑listening abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for managing leads and opportunities.
