Junior Purchaser – Fleet Operations

About the role

Join LIZY’s Fleet Operations team as a Junior Purchaser and help shape the sourcing engine that fuels Europe’s digital car‑leasing platform. You will dive into auction sites, dealer networks and trader platforms across Europe to uncover high‑value vehicle deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire cars through auction platforms, dealer contacts and trader networks.
• Cold‑call dealers and build new sourcing channels independently.
• Develop and maintain tools (spreadsheets, scripts, simple scrapers) to streamline the sourcing process.
• Collaborate with senior team members to expand into OEM relationships and complex buy‑back programs.
• Track market values, spot attractive deals and document sourcing outcomes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or in the first year of a professional career.
• Hunter mentality – proactive in finding leads rather than waiting for them.
• Genuine interest in cars and automotive market dynamics.
• Ownership mindset – you take full responsibility for the leads you generate.
• Resourceful and able to create work‑arounds for manual processes.
• Comfortable managing multiple ambiguous opportunities in parallel.
