Junior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a well‑established provider of technical solutions. You will support the full project lifecycle, from concept and design through installation and on‑site commissioning, working closely with senior project managers and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring projects from start to finish.
• Support management of project budgets, timelines and resource allocation.
• Track progress, identify risks or delays and help propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients and external suppliers.
• Organise meetings, prepare documentation and follow up on action points.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports and schedules.
• Contribute to problem‑solving and practical solutions when challenges arise.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Some experience through internships, placements or an entry‑level coordination role is a plus.
• Strong interest in project management within technical environments.
• Organised, structured and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Analytical, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
