Junior Project Manager FR/NL

About the role

Be connect, a social and mobile marketing agency in Brussels, is looking for a Junior Project Manager who will work on French‑ and Dutch‑speaking client projects. The role supports the development and execution of social media and mobile campaigns, ensuring they meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in defining mobile and social media strategies based on client needs.
• Prepare recommendations and project proposals.
• Lead campaigns or development projects from initiation to delivery, monitoring time, cost and quality.
• Analyse campaign performance, propose corrective actions and produce client reports.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a web or communication agency.
• University degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
• Strong interest in internet and interactive communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in French and Dutch, with good English.
• Organised, dynamic and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Familiarity with major social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest.
