Junior Project Coordinator – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Life Sciences projects, helping senior project leaders deliver pharmaceutical and engineering initiatives. The role offers hands‑on exposure to project coordination in a regulated environment, allowing you to develop core project management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing project activities under senior project managers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation, track progress, risks and actions.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and follow up on decisions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure information flow across teams.
• Assist with scheduling, resource coordination and preparation of status reports and dashboards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles and regulatory constraints.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Curious, proactive, structured and eager to develop project management skills.
