Junior Odoo Consultant

About the role

Squareflow is looking for a Junior Odoo Consultant to join its Antwerp office. You will work directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Odoo solutions, supporting digital transformation projects across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client processes and gather detailed business requirements.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, turning requirements into functional Odoo features.
• Configure and customise Odoo modules to meet client specifications.
• Develop and document testing strategies, coordinate test execution and ensure quality delivery.
• Create training materials, conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support.
• Monitor data quality and suggest continuous improvement measures.
• Deliver clear demos and presentations to business teams.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Management, IT or a related field.
• Strong analytical and structural thinking abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English.

• Odoo (implementation, configuration, customisation).
