Junior Legal Counsel – Social Law (NL) – Brussels

About the role

This is a junior legal counsel position focused on social law, based in Brussels. You will advise members on employment law matters while receiving close mentorship from the Head of Legal. The role is designed for candidates with 0‑1 year of experience who are eager to develop their expertise in a structured, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to members on employment and social law issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, opinions, and correspondence.
• Support the Head of Legal in research and case preparation.
• Contribute to the development of sector‑wide legal initiatives.

Required profile

• Law degree with a focus on employment or social law.
• 0‑1 year of relevant legal experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn under the guidance of senior legal professionals.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Belgian employment and social law.
