About the role

This junior position focuses on social and employment law. You will advise members on employment‑law matters while receiving close mentorship from the Head of Legal.

Key responsibilities

Provide legal advice to members on employment‑law issues.
Draft legal opinions, memoranda and compliance documents.
Conduct legal research on Belgian social legislation.
Support senior counsel in case preparation and client meetings.
Monitor legislative developments affecting the sector.

Required profile

Law degree with 0‑1 year of experience.
Strong interest in social and employment law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under supervision and learn quickly.

Required skills

Legal research proficiency.
Drafting of legal documents and opinions.
