About the role
This is a junior position focused on social law, aimed at candidates with up to one year of experience. You will advise members on employment‑law matters while receiving close mentorship from the Head of Legal. The role is based within a well‑established professional organisation that has a strong presence in Belgium.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice to members on employment‑law issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft opinions under the supervision of the Head of Legal.
- Collaborate with the legal team to support sector‑wide initiatives.
Required profile
- Law degree with a focus on social or employment law.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in advising professional organisations.
