Junior Legal Counsel

About the role

Weareone.World, the company behind the world‑renowned Tomorrowland festivals, is looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join its legal core. Working under the mentorship of a Senior Legal Counsel, you will gain hands‑on experience in festival and event contracting while supporting the broader legal team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and follow up on B2B and B2C contracts related to festival and event production (equipment, infrastructure, technical and logistical partners).
• Work from clear briefings and instructions, submit drafts for substantive review and incorporate feedback.
• Support legal analyses, risk assessments and propose pragmatic, business‑oriented solutions.
• Temporarily manage contract lifecycle processes, maintain and update contract templates, coordinate signing procedures and ensure proper archiving.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements, standardisation and tooling within the Legal department.
• Handle the Legal inbox(es) and assist with general legal operations.

Required profile

• Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a lawyer or in‑house counsel.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; good knowledge of French.
• Strong interest in contract law and practical legal support.
• Affinity for the event, entertainment or production sector is a plus.
• Eager to learn, motivated by mentorship and feedback.
• Analytical, structured, accurate and highly organised.
