Junior IT Support Engineer – End‑User Support

About the role

As a Junior IT Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for employees needing assistance with their devices, applications and connectivity. You will help maintain a stable, secure digital workplace, enabling colleagues to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals on Windows and macOS.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, including Wi‑Fi, VPN and LAN connectivity.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and resolve access problems.
• Assist with device provisioning, enrollment and compliance using Microsoft Intune.
• Manage user accounts, mailboxes, distribution lists and basic permissions in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Prepare equipment for onboarding, handle account creation and device setup, and support off‑boarding processes.
• Document incidents and escalate complex cases via the ticketing system.

Required profile

• Basic experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Understanding of onboarding/off‑boarding procedures and basic networking concepts.
• Good communication skills and a user‑focused mindset.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus.
