Junior Investment Analyst (French/Dutch)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Investment Analyst to join a fast‑growing international energy company. Working closely with the Senior Investment Analyst and maintaining regular contact with the CFO, you will support strategic, long‑term projects in a collaborative, family‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Update and optimise business plans to align with strategic objectives and quality standards.
• Monitor key financial indicators and revise financial assumptions with stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and tracking annual budgets for portfolio projects.
• Support operational teams in developing, analysing, and updating business plans throughout project lifecycles.
• Prepare investment proposals and supporting documentation for governance committees.
• Conduct post‑investment performance analyses to compare forecasts with actual results.
• Perform financial analyses to aid strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain regional partnerships, monitor funding opportunities, and contribute to asset‑value optimisation strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial or investment analysis.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Analytical, proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Interest in project‑based environments and long‑term investments.
