Junior Functional Analyst Internship – Technology Resources

About the role

As a Junior Functional Analyst intern in Technology Resources, you will support Accenture’s clients by translating business needs into clear functional specifications. Working in a multinational team, you will gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of business processes and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements.
• Identify pain points in existing processes and suggest optimisation opportunities.
• Convert business needs into structured functional specifications that guide development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, testers and project managers to ensure a shared understanding of deliverables.
• Define test scenarios, support validation activities and verify that delivered solutions meet requirements.
• Assist end users during implementation, contribute to training material and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Stay informed about industry trends and propose innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Engineering (civil, industrial, bioscience) or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in business processes, technology and digital transformation.
