Junior Engineer – Consulting & Data Transformation

About the role

Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic Junior Engineer to join its consulting team. You will work on transformation projects for clients across various industries, helping them leverage data, AI and process optimisation to achieve their strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis and benchmarking.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and animate stakeholder sessions.
• Map processes, draft functional specifications and support solution design.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars.
• Take on team‑support roles and collaborate with senior consultants on client engagements.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0–3 years of consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong collaborative mindset, excellent communication and a proactive attitude.
• Interest in the energy sector and data/AI‑related topics.
• Trilingual in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, the Netherlands).
