Junior Digital Performance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Junior Digital Performance Analyst to join our fast‑growing performance marketing agency. You will work alongside senior staff on multiple client accounts, helping to design, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube and display networks.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor and optimise paid media campaigns on Google, Facebook, YouTube and display platforms.
• Analyse large data sets to extract actionable insights and improve performance.
• Prepare regular reports, presentations and client updates.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
• Assist in researching and writing white‑papers, blog posts and other thought‑leadership content.
• Attend trainings, webinars and industry conferences to stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• First experience or strong self‑taught knowledge in digital advertising.
• Passionate curiosity about digital marketing and a proven ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• High tolerance for stress and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
