Junior Delivery Station Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Delivery Station Team Lead to support daily operations at our delivery hub. You will work closely with the supervisor, guiding a team of associates, sorters, or drivers to ensure timely and safe dispatch of parcels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in managing day‑to‑day station activities.
• Lead and motivate a shift team, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure deliveries are dispatched on schedule while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Conduct briefings, report performance issues, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Train new hires on basic station processes and best practices.
• Coordinate with transport, customer service and other internal teams as needed.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse settings.
• Hands‑on, reliable and ready to take responsibility.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners.
