About the role
Merchery is looking for a Junior CRM & Lifecycle Marketer to own all communications with its users and clients. Working with HubSpot as the central CRM, you will design and execute email, SMS and WhatsApp campaigns that guide prospects through acquisition, activation, monetisation and retention.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and launch email campaigns for acquisition and retention, collaborating with Sales and Growth teams.
- Develop and manage the newsletter strategy across regions, demographics and lifecycle stages.
- Integrate product updates, seasonal trends and best‑sellers into communications.
- Work closely with the Content Manager to align design, copy and content calendars.
- Maintain full control of CRM configuration: workflows, lists, properties and templates.
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, timing and formats to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure email deliverability, domain health and database hygiene.
- Launch and optimise new channels such as SMS and WhatsApp.
- Produce regular performance reports, extract key insights and iterate on campaigns based on data.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM management, growth, account management, sales or a similar customer‑facing role (including internships).
- Master’s degree in Business, Management or Economics.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Attio.
