Junior Business Partner, Europe

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Partner to join the European Operations Center of Phibro Animal Health Corporation in Wavre, Belgium. The role supports the finance team in month‑end close, data accuracy and cross‑regional collaboration across Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes and reporting to corporate headquarters.
• Lead inventory reconciliations and prepare the corporate month‑end report.
• Manage inter‑company transactions and related month‑end reporting.
• Contribute to revenue recognition, analytical postings and financial analysis.
• Prepare finance reports such as PPE roll‑forward, rent reporting and cash file updates.
• Maintain key financial data in the JD Edwards system and collaborate with commercial teams across Europe.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum two years of experience in a multinational environment.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with local and international teams.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or SAP.
