Junior Business Manager

About the role

As a Junior Business Manager you will support the growth of our consulting activities by combining business development, client management and talent recruitment. You will work closely with senior managers to build sustainable partnerships and ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business opportunities and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
• Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects, translating client needs into tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Match consultants to client projects, ensuring optimal talent utilisation.
• Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, report results and contribute to organisational growth.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and consultants to maintain quality, continuity and long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
• Experience in business development, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Interest in recruitment and talent matching.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Highly autonomous, well‑organized and focused on quality and results.
• Relevant professional experience can replace a formal higher‑education degree.
