About the role
We are looking for a Junior Brand Manager specialized in neuroscience to support the execution of our brand plan and drive omnichannel customer engagement. You will work closely with the Business Unit Head and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement brand strategy, ensuring short‑ and long‑term product growth.
Key responsibilities
- Execute tactical initiatives across the medico‑marketing mix and monitor execution excellence.
- Design and deliver communication campaigns that align with customer macro and micro journeys.
- Collaborate with vendors to create patient and injector education programs and promotional materials.
- Implement ROI measurement plans and adjust tactics with urgency.
- Support sales training, field force engagement, and digital innovation initiatives.
- Champion opinion leaders, conduct market research, and develop KOL‑focused initiatives.
- Build sales collateral, patient education assets, and omnichannel brand plans in partnership with medical, sales, and access teams.
- Develop mitigation plans for competitive challenges and identify synergies with other brand managers.
Required profile
- Junior‑level professional with a strong interest in neuroscience and brand management.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and emerging platforms to enhance customer experience.
