Junior Art Director – Creative Design (Mechelen/Ghent)

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Art Director to join our creative team in Mechelen or Ghent. You will work closely with senior creatives to translate briefs into sharp, cohesive visual concepts for B2B brands, while continuously expanding your skill set.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the visual output, ensuring consistency with brand identities.
• Interpret rough sketches and briefs into compelling campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the Creative Lead to refine concepts and challenge ideas.
• Experiment with generative AI tools and integrate them into the design workflow.
• Raise the creative standard by sharing techniques and providing feedback to teammates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a creative designer or art director.
• Comfortable handling complex B2B briefs and brand projects.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Enjoys a flat, collaborative environment and is ready for a permanent position.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
