About the role
As a Junior Account Manager you will support the growth and profitability of Thermo King BeLux’s refrigerated transport solutions in the Belgian regions of Limburg and Liège. Working directly on customer sites, you will manage existing accounts, identify new business opportunities and help deliver sustainable climate solutions for transport.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve commercial targets for the assigned region and contribute to overall company goals.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to optimise sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the refrigerated transport equipment and service market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and coordinated marketing plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Represent Thermo King BeLux at industry events, trade fairs and networking meetings.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
- Experience in refrigerated transport or a comparable industry is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Strong networking, presentation and consultative selling abilities.
- Self‑starter, flexible and collaborative team player.
