Junior Account Manager

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager you will drive business development, manage client relationships and coordinate consulting talent to deliver successful projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and with consultants to match the right expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities and build long‑term relationships with strategic accounts.
• Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on challenges and project scope.
• Select and match consultants to client assignments, ensuring optimal talent utilization.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, report results and contribute to growth initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and consultants to ensure quality, continuity and long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in business development, preferably within consulting.
• Interest in recruitment and talent matching.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills balancing business goals and client needs.
• Highly autonomous, well‑organized and focused on quality results.
• Higher education not mandatory; relevant professional experience is valued.
