IT Systems Officer

About the role

As an IT Systems Officer at Ninatrans, you will ensure that the company's critical IT infrastructure runs without interruption, supporting 24/7 logistics operations across Europe. You will be part of a small, collaborative IT team that values impact, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all core IT systems to guarantee high availability for scheduling and tracking applications.
• Provide first‑line support to internal users, troubleshooting incidents promptly.
• Participate in projects aimed at automating processes and enhancing system performance.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement system upgrades and patches.
• Document procedures, incidents, and resolutions to build a knowledge base.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a tight‑knit team.
• Good communication skills to interact with non‑technical staff.
