About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to provide on‑call, onsite assistance across Belgium. You will be the first line of defence for hardware, software and networking issues, ensuring business continuity for our users.

Key responsibilities

Deliver onsite IT support and break/fix services.
Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking problems.
Install, configure and replace desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Support end‑user devices and operating systems.
Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
Maintain high customer‑service standards while meeting SLA targets.

Required profile

Proven experience in onsite or desktop support.
Strong hardware and software troubleshooting abilities.
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi).
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Based in Belgium and available for on‑call assignments.
