IT Support Specialist

About the role

As an IT Support Specialist at Netcompany, you will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. You will analyse incidents, provide first‑ and second‑line support, and help maximise first‑call resolution rates while contributing to a smooth, secure IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve incidents as first‑ and second‑line support.
• Provide on‑site assistance for desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Record, track and document incidents, problems and service requests.
• Participate in PC environment reconfiguration and installation.
• Document operational procedures and create knowledge‑base articles.
• Assist in testing and administration of applications.
• Coordinate with system and database administrators for routine tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional IT support experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Highly autonomous with strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in a high‑demand environment.
• ITIL V4 Foundation certification (or commitment to obtain within 3 months).
