IT Support Engineer (Level 3) – Advanced Technical Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer (Level 3) to provide advanced technical support and maintain our enterprise IT infrastructure. The role involves resolving complex incidents, managing Microsoft environments, and strengthening endpoint security while ensuring compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex issues in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Online, Teams, and related services.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions.
• Monitor infrastructure using SolarWinds, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft 365 portals.
• Administer user accounts, groups, MFA, Conditional Access, and licensing in AD and Entra ID.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Teams Rooms, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Configure and troubleshoot devices via Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, and configuration profiles.
• Respond to security alerts from Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Microsoft 365.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and best practices.
• Support infrastructure migrations, improvements, and cross‑functional projects.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIS2 standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands‑on expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, Conditional Access, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, endpoint management, and security tools.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch, French, and English.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least three days per week in a hybrid arrangement.
