IT Support Engineer – 1st & 2nd Line (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide first‑ and second‑line assistance to end users across multiple sites in Belgium. The role combines on‑site hardware support, Windows system maintenance, and participation in workplace IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑line support for Windows‑based applications, Android devices, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Install, configure and maintain PCs, Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Travel to various operational sites, mainly in Flanders, to provide hands‑on support during rollouts and interventions.
• Participate in workplace IT projects such as Windows upgrades, software deployments and equipment renewals.
• Maintain documentation and follow IT processes and standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT or workplace support.
• Strong interest in new technologies and willingness to learn.
• Service‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Well‑organized, autonomous and able to manage priorities independently.
• Team player comfortable in an international and virtual environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and language proficiency: Dutch (C1), English (C1), French (B1).
