IT React Developer

About the role

You will join the CCE‑E tribe of the largest business bank in Belgium, working in an Agile squad that delivers end‑to‑end digital solutions for enterprise clients. The position offers the chance to develop both front‑end features for mobile/web applications and back‑end services in a cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into high‑quality, maintainable code.
• Design, build, and maintain performant, reusable React applications.
• Develop back‑end components using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features and integrate external APIs.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Apply development best practices and continuously improve code quality.
• Identify bottlenecks, debug issues, and implement fixes.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication skills; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Agile mindset: collaborative, pragmatic, eager to learn, and focused on team success.
