IT Project Manager (Agile, Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead multiple Agile squads within a demanding financial environment. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate deliveries across several Agile squads.
• Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, and quality targets.
• Implement and follow Product Delivery Management processes.
• Identify and remove blockers and risks impacting delivery.
• Maintain compliance with security, regulatory, and internal policies.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including delivery, integration, cost and resilience.
• Communicate progress and report to stakeholders and steering committees.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Agile environments.
• Proven delivery and stakeholder management experience.
• Background in regulated sectors such as banking or insurance.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, security and compliance.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
• Project management tools: Jira, Confluence.
