IT Infrastructure Administrator – Design, Operate & Secure IT Systems

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Administrator will lead the design, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of Telespazio Belgium’s IT environment. Acting as the primary local IT reference, you will ensure that infrastructure services reliably support business operations while meeting performance, security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assess business and end‑user needs and translate them into IT solutions and Service Level Agreements.
• Design, maintain and evolve the local IT infrastructure architecture in line with group standards.
• Provide technical support to end‑users via phone, email, remote tools and face‑to‑face assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Coordinate incident and request resolution with external providers and Telespazio Group IT teams.
• Design, implement and maintain servers, networks, endpoints and related services.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements for efficiency and security.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and corporate requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing corporate IT infrastructure and delivering user support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and SLAs.
• Strong communication skills to act as liaison between local teams and group IT organisations.
• Awareness of security, compliance and risk‑mitigation practices.
