IT Functional Analyst – Supply Chain (SAP)

About the role

Ontex is seeking an experienced IT Functional Analyst to strengthen its SAP Supply Chain capabilities. You will work across multiple SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, QM) to translate business needs into robust, template‑compliant solutions and support the ongoing S/4HANA transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse supply‑chain business requirements and design SAP solutions, prioritising standard functionality.
• Configure SAP modules, document functional designs, test cases and work instructions.
• Participate in project implementation, ensuring high‑quality delivery against the blueprint.
• Manage change, deployment and release processes to guarantee safe production moves.
• Plan and execute testing, resolve defects and obtain sign‑off for go‑live readiness.
• Create functional and technical specifications for integration and development (ABAP/BTP).
• Contribute to the S/4HANA program, supporting fit‑to‑standard, gap remediation and cut‑over activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration.
• 15‑20 years of SAP functional experience in supply‑chain domains (MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, QM).
• Proven track record in global ERP template design and implementation.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA migration projects.
• Fluent English and ability to work with multi‑site, global teams.
