International Project & Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Project & Community Manager to lead the development of a pan‑European network of senior business, technology and digital leaders. You will combine community building with end‑to‑end project and event management, ensuring high‑impact experiences for executives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify senior decision‑makers across Europe to grow the community.
• Recruit participants for peer groups, projects and high‑profile events.
• Maintain and enrich the organisation’s CRM, ensuring accurate segmentation and audience building.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver international projects and events, managing budgets, logistics and stakeholder communication.
• Provide post‑event follow‑up, evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute communication and engagement plans for participants.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in project, event or community management.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong organisational, research and relationship‑building skills.
• Interest in technology, digital transformation and the ICT ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
