About the role
We are looking for an International Key Account Manager to drive commercial development across Europe for a market‑leading Belgian producer of cable support systems. The role combines strategic account management, cross‑border project coordination and close collaboration with customer service and marketing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow the portfolio of key accounts and distributors throughout Europe.
- Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure high satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
- Lead complex, large‑scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer visits, organise meetings and follow up on quotations.
- Prospect new opportunities within existing and potential key accounts.
- Represent the company at trade fairs together with the Marketing department.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to the sales team.
- Prepare sales budgets with the Sales & Marketing Director and manage net price lists.
- Approve project discounts within predefined limits.
Required profile
- Resident of Belgium, fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Stable career with proven results in technical sales to strategic key accounts.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 % across Western Europe.
- Open to a payroll/employee contract.
