Interim Logistics Director – Belgium

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Interim Logistics Director to lead a large‑scale logistics network for a leading Belgian omnichannel retailer. The role involves overseeing a central distribution centre and several regional platforms that serve both a nationwide store network and direct‑to‑consumer deliveries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop logistics teams across multiple sites, managing approximately 300 FTEs.
- Drive operational performance, productivity and service level improvements.
- Strengthen planning, forecasting and resource management capabilities.
- Support ongoing transformation and organisational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on logistics strategy and execution.
Required profile
- Senior logistics, supply chain or operations executive with proven experience managing large, multi‑site operations.
- Strong people leader with a track record in change management.
- Experience in retail, distribution, e‑commerce or similar environments.
- Fluent in Dutch and French; English is an asset.
