Instructional Designer

About the role

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our Training Services team. You will work closely with subject‑matter experts, trainers and other stakeholders to design, develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that support our global onboarding and continuous learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to define learning objectives and target audiences.
• Gather information from experts and translate it into effective training content.
• Create e‑learning modules, support video recordings and advise on optimal formats.
• Lead end‑to‑end e‑learning development projects, from design to deployment.
• Process training registrations, manage logistics, and coordinate session planning.
• Maintain and update training schedules and materials in the PeopleFluent LMS.
• Collaborate on new‑hire forecasting, onboarding timelines and learning‑path alignment.

Required profile

• Degree in educational sciences, pedagogy or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories and adult learning.
• Experience using AI tools to support learning content creation.
