Instructional Designer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing company that provides smart software and services to optimise the supply chains of leading organisations. We are looking for an Instructional Designer who will partner with subject‑matter experts to create engaging, effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analyses to define learning objectives and target audiences.
• Gather information from experts, trainers and stakeholders to inform content development.
• Design and develop e‑learning modules, training videos and supporting materials using instructional design principles and adult‑learning theory.
• Lead end‑to‑end creation or conversion projects, focusing on e‑learning delivery.
• Manage training logistics, including participant lists, trainer scheduling, room bookings and session coordination.
• Maintain learning paths and training schedules in the PeopleFluent LMS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding forecasts, timelines and learning‑path alignment.

Required profile

• A degree in educational sciences, pedagogy or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories and adult‑learning concepts.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and aligning content across teams.

Required skills

• AI‑assisted learning creation (prompting AI agents for content generation).
• Proficiency with e‑learning authoring tools.
• Hands‑on experience with the PeopleFluent Learning Management System.
