Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Join Customs Support Group’s commercial team in Antwerp and support the Sales Manager in driving growth. You will work in an informal, collaborative environment, handling quotations, customer data and commercial follow‑up while contributing to marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Support the Sales Manager with scheduling customer meetings and appointments.
• Manage and maintain customer data in internal systems, including Salesforce, ensuring information remains accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Monitor ongoing commercial activities and customer files and report progress to the department manager.
• Participate in marketing initiatives and commercial campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a commercial role within customs, logistics, freight forwarding or international trade.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple priorities under pressure.
• Accurate, well‑organized and stress‑resistant.
