Injection Molding Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Injection Molding Technician to ensure continuous production of high-quality plastic parts. The successful candidate will operate, set up and monitor injection molding machines, perform quality checks and maintain molds to meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Change, start up and monitor injection molding machines to guarantee timely delivery of products.
• Conduct initial quality inspections according to specifications to prevent external and internal complaints.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on molds following established guidelines to optimise performance.
• Identify and propose improvements related to safety, environment, energy use, health, order and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.

Required profile

• Experience operating injection molding equipment.
• Ability to perform detailed quality inspections at the start of production.
• Competence in preventive maintenance of molds.
• Proactive attitude towards safety, environmental and efficiency improvements.
• Commitment to workplace cleanliness and order.
