Information Security Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an Information Security Coordinator to join the IT Delivery team at TCR Group. The role will act as the security champion at a tactical level, ensuring that security risks are identified, assessed and mitigated in line with the company’s strategy and regulatory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own and champion information security within the TCR governance model and maintain the security roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Identify, assess and monitor information and IT security risks, maintain the risk register and drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate security initiatives such as access management, vulnerability management, DLP and network segmentation, embedding “secure by design” principles.
• Oversee vulnerability management and patching compliance, and support incident‑response planning and execution.
• Design and continuously improve the group‑wide cybersecurity awareness programme and report security KPIs to senior leadership.
• Liaise with external security partners, auditors and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity or IT risk management.
• Proven experience coordinating security initiatives in a complex, multi‑entity or international environment.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management, access management, data protection and incident response.
• Ability to translate security requirements into pragmatic, business‑aligned solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a coordinating role without direct hierarchical authority.
