Industrial Project Manager – Lead Complex Projects

About the role

As an Industrial Project Manager you will lead complex projects from early planning through execution and hand‑over. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines, budgets and risks, and ensure strong collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables.
• Organise regular project meetings and maintain effective communication between all parties.
• Monitor schedules, costs, risks and overall progress, preparing status reports for management.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure alignment of documentation with project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, support project reviews and commissioning activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and ways of working.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, chemical or similar sectors.
• Proven experience managing projects in an international customer‑supplier environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team‑leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for project activities.
