Inbound Marketer – SEO & Paid Search Lead

About the role

Tekst is building a new enterprise software category called Process Intelligence. As an Inbound Marketer you will own the inbound demand engine, driving both organic and paid search to generate qualified pipeline for our AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale SEO so Tekst ranks for all buyer queries related to agentic AI and process intelligence.
• Develop and expand GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to capture traffic from AI chat tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
• Run paid search (SEA) campaigns, managing budget, experiments, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with an external agency to create search‑ready assets: pillar pages, comparison pages, programmatic SEO content.
• Report weekly on search visibility, pipeline contribution, and optimization opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS inbound marketing experience with proven SEO and SEA results.
• Hands‑on experience with the modern search stack (Search Console, Ahrefs or similar, GA4, Google Ads, emerging GEO tools).
• Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) daily to accelerate work.
• Strong analytical instincts – think in funnels, conversion rates, and CAC.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Dutch is a plus.
