Human Resources Intern

About the role

Join the Human Resources Department at Bosch Group in Brussels and help shape the future of our internship program. You will work closely with HR professionals, supporting recruitment, intern coordination, and various HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process for internship positions, from job description updates to candidate outreach and screening.
• Act as the HR Business Partner for interns, maintaining communication with them and their mentors and handling HR‑related inquiries.
• Participate in small HR projects aimed at improving the overall employee experience.
• Assist compensation and benefits coordinators with HR management, payroll topics, and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Psychology, or Human Resources related study program.
• Some practical experience and confidence in using MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Self‑starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work autonomously.
• Stress‑resistant, flexible, and adaptable to dynamic team needs.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus.
