HR & Talent Coordinator

About the role

We are expanding rapidly across Belgium and the Netherlands and need a proactive HR & Talent Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding process for all locations. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, select and welcome new colleagues, ensuring a smooth experience from the first job posting to day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple stores, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing.
• Write authentic job ads that reflect our brand voice.
• Source candidates actively on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain the Recruitee ATS, ensuring timely and personalized communication with every applicant.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics: first‑day planning, paperwork, equipment and access.
• Collaborate with HR and team leads to continuously improve onboarding as we scale.
• Keep the careers page up‑to‑date and on‑brand.
• Provide support for general HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an in‑house recruitment role or agency background with a clear understanding of in‑house dynamics.
• Ability to identify passive candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Highly organized, structured and able to maintain a human touch.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving, changing environment.
• Based in or near Antwerp.
