About the role
UNIQLO is looking for an experienced HR & Store Administrator to join the La Monnaie store team in Belgium. You will be the primary point of contact for all HR and administrative matters at store level, supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, contracts and employee data in compliance with GDPR.
- Monitor daily timesheets, process payroll and ensure 100% accurate payments.
- Coordinate induction and training programmes for new hires.
- Work with Store Managers to maintain adequate staffing, monitor rotas, holidays and attendance.
- Provide first‑line advice on straightforward employee‑relation issues and support staff development.
- Maintain back‑office cleanliness, handle money/banking tasks and update business information in the staff room.
Required profile
- Several years of hands‑on HR administration experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, GDPR and payroll processes.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive attitude with a customer‑service mindset.
