HR Specialist

About the role

As an HR Specialist within Swift's HR Core Belgium team, you will become a trusted expert for HR colleagues, employees and managers. You will focus on employee benefits, long‑term illness reintegration, and provide administrative support to the payroll function.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly employee changes and communicate updates to benefits providers.
• Maintain regular contact with benefits providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Become an expert on new regulations for long‑term illness reintegration.
• Monitor absence‑management processes in line with local legislation.
• Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks.
• Provide proactive advice to managers and employees on HR policies, absences, benefits, and local law.
• Identify and implement initiatives to continuously improve HR Core service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR best practices.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a good understanding of French.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and resilience skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on approach.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
