About the role
As an HR Specialist within Swift's HR Core Belgium team, you will become a trusted expert for HR colleagues, employees and managers. You will focus on employee benefits, long‑term illness reintegration, and provide administrative support to the payroll function.
Key responsibilities
- Process monthly employee changes and communicate updates to benefits providers.
- Maintain regular contact with benefits providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Become an expert on new regulations for long‑term illness reintegration.
- Monitor absence‑management processes in line with local legislation.
- Support the payroll team with various administrative tasks.
- Provide proactive advice to managers and employees on HR policies, absences, benefits, and local law.
- Identify and implement initiatives to continuously improve HR Core service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and HR best practices.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with a good understanding of French.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and resilience skills.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a hands‑on approach.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
