About the role

Join AYES Belgium as an HR & Recruiter and support the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to a people‑first culture. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth, engaging hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding to guarantee seamless integration of new hires.
• Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
• Participate in general HR activities such as employee engagement events and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch OR French with a good foundation in the other language, plus English.
