HR Operations Internship – Payroll, Compensation & Fleet

About the role

Join PwC Belgium’s Human Capital team as an HR Operations intern and gain hands‑on experience in payroll, compensation, and fleet management. You will support the delivery of high‑quality employee services while learning how a leading professional services firm runs its HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Operations team with payroll administration and monthly payroll preparation.
• Support the reward, payroll, and fleet sections by keeping the intranet content up to date.
• Contribute to documenting and mapping payroll, fleet, and reward processes.
• Handle employee requests related to payroll, flexible income plans, mobility offerings, and fleet administration with accuracy and care.
• Collaborate with the fleet team to ensure smooth vehicle‑related services for staff.

Required profile

• Final‑year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management or a related field.
• Available for a school internship of at least three months.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with strong English communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, team‑oriented and passionate about people.
• Strong organizational abilities and a hands‑on mentality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
