HR Content & SharePoint Migration Support (Student Role)

About the role

PWC Belgium’s Human Capital team is undertaking a migration of its HR policies, work instructions and knowledge materials to a new SharePoint platform. This short‑term student role supports the migration during October 2026, ensuring content is clean, correctly formatted and ready for employee use.

Key responsibilities

• Review and clean existing HR documentation (policies, guides, FAQs, etc.) before migration.
• Reformat content to match new SharePoint templates and style guidelines.
• Upload and organise files within the new SharePoint structure.
• Create and verify internal links, references and cross‑document connections.
• Identify outdated, duplicate or inconsistent content and flag it to subject‑matter experts.
• Maintain a tracking overview of migration progress.
• Perform basic quality checks such as broken links, formatting errors and document accessibility.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme, any field of study.
• Highly structured, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong written communication in English; French or Dutch a plus.
• Professional attitude with reliability when handling internal company processes.
• Proactive mindset – comfortable flagging issues or asking clarifying questions.
• Available full‑time for the entire month of October 2026.

Required skills

• SharePoint (experience is a plus but not mandatory).
