HR & Change Consultant

About the role

Sia is seeking a dynamic HR & Change Consultant to join its global consulting team. You will work on client projects across sectors such as financial services, energy, industry, transport and logistics, helping organisations manage change, optimise HR functions and implement digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute change‑management programmes, including communication, training and support plans.
• Analyse and improve HR performance management, HR function organisation, CSR initiatives and HR KPIs.
• Support recruitment, career development, training and HR tool implementation projects.
• Prepare HR documentation, conduct social studies and assist in negotiation preparation.
• Contribute to Sia’s internal development of change‑management offerings and business development activities.

Required profile

• University Master in Business Engineering, HR Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of consulting experience or relevant project experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in French, Dutch (mandatory) and English; trilingual capability is required.
• Willingness to travel for temporary assignments across Belgium and abroad.
